Anyway. I have a household binder, have done for a number of years now. It's invaluable for keeping a hold of all the documents, links, articles, letters, reports etc that I need for Badger and all the other bits for the house too - finances, planners. school letters and meal planners etc.
I wanted to make some of my own printables this time, so that they suited us and our life a little bit better. For example, when I am planning meals for the week/fortnight/month, there is one major thing to consider - What is Badger going to eat?! So, I needed an extra space for alternatives to go into. Daddy Badger is also a fussy one, so he sometimes needs an alternative too.
I haven't (yet) made any calendar pages, as we are using the one on the wall for now and I am going to see how it goes using just our main family calendar and one for Badger for his own use - I don't fancy writing everything out even more often! If you do need monthly calendar pages for 2014, then try doing a search on Google and a few really good free printables will come into view.
I am trying to organise our house a little bit more this year. Bam Bam is showing a keen interest in learning now, and Badger is doing fab, so with (hopefully) a better organised home, we will have plenty more time to get to work on doing some fun activities with the kiddos. That's my resolution anyway. Hoping to share Kids' Money Saving Pack and a few more household bits and pieces over the weekend/early next week... so come back for more. Just wanted to give a linkback to EverydayMomIdeas... on the "Week of Meals" print out, the "shopping list" notepad graphic has come from one of her Digital Scrapbook files. If you are a lover of Digi Scrapping, and haven't yet come across this blog, then I highly, highly recommend giving it a try!
