This free printable is for use at bedtime and includes symbols for some of our personal popular relaxing activities.

Don't forget - everything works better the more personalised you can make it. So don't be afraid to create your own symbols and/or photos to help your child.

    Schedules

This part of the website hosts a growing collection of visual schedules which can be printed, laminated and used for free. Use alongside a communication book and PECs or completely independently - do what works for your family.

Visual schedules are an excellent way of helping to prepare, communicate and ease transition/decision-making for those on the autism spectrum, with aspergers, ASD, and indeed many other forms of SEN (special educational needs.)

If you are new to using visual resources then please feel free to take a look at our 'communication book' page which has lots of starter pages - in a variety of themes.
